A clearer day of prospecting

Your contacts.
Your next move.

Turn a list of names into a plan for today. Bring your contacts, prepare for each conversation, and keep the next follow-up in view.

Use an existing ZoomInfo or CSV export. No provider API key required for imports.

From spreadsheet to next step

A workflow you can actually work.

01 / BRING YOUR CONTACTS

Start with the list you have.

Preview a CSV before importing it. Review duplicates and conflicts, organize contacts into lists, and keep their source history.

02 / PREPARE WITH CONTEXT

Open a brief, not ten tabs.

Prepare a contact brief and draft, inspect available contact details, and see what still needs verification. Missing facts stay visible.

03 / KEEP MOMENTUM

Know what comes next.

Record conversations and meeting outcomes. Scheduled follow-ups, outreach pacing, and rest periods keep your worklist organized.

Useful data. Clear limits.

Know what you know.
See what you don’t.

Imported details are source-reported until reviewed or independently checked. A complete-looking record is not proof that a phone number works or that someone is ready to buy.

  • Review source history and resolve conflicting contact details.
  • Keep do-not-contact restrictions with the record.
  • Review drafts before sending. ProspectPilot does not send outreach automatically.
  • Export your selected contacts as CSV.

Before you start

A few practical answers.

Does ProspectPilot include a contact database?

No. Start with contacts you are authorized to use, such as your ZoomInfo export. Optional provider search and enrichment require a configured provider account and budget. Public research coverage varies.

What happens after I sign in?

Import contacts or choose existing contacts from your directory. Your worklist points to follow-ups and evidence reviews. Open a prospect to see the brief, review details, and record the next step.

Will it email or call people for me?

No. The app prepares drafts and organizes follow-ups. You decide whether to contact someone and use your approved email or calling tools. Activity is counted when you log it.

What is the advisor evidence review?

The advisor workspace separates reviewed evidence from unknown information. Personal financial facts require disclosure or authorized documents; a job title or employer does not establish an individual’s wealth or retirement assets.
